- 2 lbs. shredded potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4-1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup green onions
Mix ingredients together and put in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
